• Reservation data processed by the external DISH reservation system after the booking widget is opened.

Recipients

Data may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers, email tools, the DISH reservation widget provider, Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Google Search Console is used for site verification and aggregated search visibility reporting.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. Cookie consent is stored for 180 days, and Google Analytics cookies may last up to 2 years or until deleted by the user.
